How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment status by logging into your account dashboard under 'Order History'.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of reaching our warehouse.
How does the tree planting process work?
For every item purchased, we plant ten trees. Your package will include a unique QR code that allows you to register your trees and track the specific reforestation project you supported.
What materials do you use in your clothing?
We prioritize the planet by using sustainable materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, TENCEL lyocell, and hemp to ensure high quality with a low environmental footprint.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my sustainable garments?
To extend the life of your clothes and save energy, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Detailed care instructions are located on the inner tag of each garment.
